Just received this from eGroups:
When: 4:10PM-4:20PM PDT (11:10PM-11:20PM GMT)
What: Our network provider experienced a network problem which disrupted
network access to the site. All Internet connectivity to eGroups was
affected. Our web site was unavailable, and mail would have been
temporarily interrupted. All services have returned to
normal.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
