(The key for the letter before "y" just quit working and that is the reason for the space in some words. I may start substituting z to see if that is better than a space.)
I should have included the fact that the garden is in zone 9 and summer heat stress is the probable reason for the death or poor performance of many of the cultivars. In the past, several people have requested information on cultivars for hot summer areas. This is the most detailed response so far as it includes good, bad and indifferent successes.
I have an addiction for irises. It takes new ones each year to temporarily apease the addiction. The reason for generating the table was to assist in the ordering for nezt year.
