Re: Siberians in water gardens

Out here on the great plains they get stuck in water gardens all the time. My first thought when I first saw it, was somebody really screwed up, but in asking around, most natives think siberians are bog/water plants.
In reality I think it may do the fact that our ph is in the 7-8 range and our usual summer temps from June through September are in the 90+ degree range along with prolonged drought......not exactly the native climate that sibs came from.

Subject: [sibrob] Siberians in water gardens

Hello everyone,

I have recently read a couple books saying Siberians are good water garden plants. Anyone using them in water gardens?
