Re: TSI Arrival


Hope you are the record, Jim. They were mailed on Nov. 18th by
bulk mail. The west coast of the U.S. got their first, some
before Thanksgiving (which was the goal). Spring 2002 TSI was
delivered in record time so there is no understanding bulk mail.
On the iris-talk list, one woman said she just got her October
AIS Bulletin this week while some of us have had ours for weeks.


The goal of the Spring 2003 TSI is to have it in the Post
Office's black hole by the first week of April to try to ensure
that it reaches members before the AIS convention. 

It looks like we have sufficient coverage (reporters) for the
AIS convention and also the Hamilton mini-convention. Thanks.
