Interesting but discouraging that some people in the U.S. had to
wait weeks to receive their copies of the Fall '03 'The Siberian
Iris'. As an aside, I think I was the last one to receive the
Spring '03 issue - took 3 1/2 weeks to get to my house (after
being mailed one mile from here).
I am going to explore various other mailing methods always
keeping in mind the cost, of course.
The spring issue should be in people's hands before the AIS
convention which is in April this year so the goal is to have it
mailed by the middle of March. So, the articles have to be
received by Feb. 1, 2004 not Feb. 15th - which was never adhered
to since I have been editor but will be 'enforced' this year.
