Hi Jim,
The highest bud count in my garden has been Banish Misfortune. I counted 14 buds on one stalk!

Jim Murphy here in still icy and frozen North Garden, Va.
I enjoyed Calvin Helsley's article in TSI which I just reread. The high
bud count intrigued me, and I was wondering if everyone could list a few
that have high bud count ( or branching) in their gardens.
I have few that have ever had more than 4 buds. CORONATION ANTHEM is
one, and some seedlings of mine of older form out of a Caesars Brother
grandchild. Jim
