I got the same card..... and not long ago.  I was surprised that I had lapsed 
and not seen a dues notice.  Not that it's out of the question that I would 
have shuffled it under some papers.....

Anyway - I think you WILL get this edition as soon as you pay your dues.  

I'll check on it for posterity.
