I suspect that for those having trouble opening the photo, one of two things
might have happened. The extension (.jpg) got scrambled, or your machines
somehow are associating (.jpg) with Dr. Watson, a troubleshooting aid
provided with Windows. You can check, within My Computer in Windows, by
choosing View, Options, File types, and seeing what is associated with the
.jpg extension. It should be Internet Explorer, Photo Editor, or some other
graphics program. If that is all correct, then it is probably a corrupt
extension.
