Maybe it is not to bad, but I always with different plant procedures
do as do Mother Native. She never dry seeds when it fall on the
ground, except very dry or warm climates. But siberians are rather
from cooler climates. Also I do so: wet seeds I wrap up in wet piece
of cloth and with non fading label put each variety or species to
separate plastic  photo cassete folders. When I take seeds out and
warm up it seems wet too. Before planting if there are no many seeds I
do control of each to plant only hard and healthy seeds.
