Re: Distinctive Sibs / Images

In a field of about 80 clumps of different varieties of Siberians I saw two that really stood out last year. One was 'Pennywhistle' a variation of the species with signals that are more yellow and The other was the best yellow I have ever seen Which now I can't think of its name but it was named after someone named Schaeffer I think. Both were from Joe Pye Weed Gardens-- Marty Schaeffer and Jan Sacks. They have produced some very wonderful and distinct Siberirans and i would reccommend their catalog.
