Re: Snow

Ok Anna Mae, :-))))  But we are colder.....we only have 5 feet of snow on the ground now  -give or take a few feet. Below zero every morning but warmer today during the day....looks like 27 degrees F (-3 C)... the snow and cold were be good for reticulatas....sez me who used to grow them as annuals. Only one variety (forgot which one) repeating a couple of years. The same with daffodils....two years and bye bye.

But Siberians are A-OK. Hurray.

Save a bit of sympathy for Michigan, we've had 114" so far this winter, the 5th snowiest winter since he has began collecting data in 1954. The ground hog (whether he saw his shadow or not) there will be at least 6 weeks more winter. Average snow in Feb is 12" and 9" in Mar.We've had 7 seasonal snowfalls of more than 100" since 1954. Will we be seeing you in May at AIS? I hope so. anna mae
