It just so happens that I found an advantage to being AIS Advertising
Editor, I have a copy of the 1999 R&I booklet already as I have to check
registrations of cultivars advertised in Bulletin. No Uber den Volken or any
spelling variation thereof in the 1999 book. I suspect the lack of
introduction is one of those things that someone didn't dot the i and cross
the t with Kay.
The 1993 registration is UEBER DEN WOLKEN. My wife has her first degree (a
few years ago) in Germany Literature. According to her, there is a word
"volken" however no "wolken".
Thanks for all the help understanding what was going on. I look up R&I info
on every cultivar in my garden.
