STUCK E-MAIL

IMPORTANT! Please bear with me.

I have occasionally had a problem with messages on my isp that won't
download. The problem is that it gets stuck on a particular message for
whatever reason and will not download anymore. The next time I try it
downloads the first same messages again till it reaches the bad message.

I just got off the phone with my isp and they were able to delete the
problem message because I was able to tell them it was the 62 that it would
get stuck on. They were also able to tell me that it was a message sent
through one-list subject Uber Den Volken from sib-rob. Unfortunately he
deleted the message before I could ask him who the sender was.

I have had this problem before and the helpful technician at the isp deleted
all my messages good and bad (he did not need to do that), but ode to
inexperience.

I really depend on my e-mail for business and my life-blood. I am making an
appeal to please make sure that you understand your e-mail formats
especially if you are new computer user or it is a new method. Picture
attachments rarely cause problems for me but the technician was unable to
tell me exactly what was wrong with the message to cause the problems.

Please, please, try to make sure that your message is compatible with
standard internet protocol and formats. As previously discussed it may be
best to leave attachments to other special lists. I am almost positive it
was not an attachment that caused the problem.

It may be no ones fault - it could be a corrupted message, but I was a bit
concerned. I can not afford to loose e-mail messages if it could have been
prevented. If it continues to be a problem I am going to have to discontinue
membership in these lists, and I don't really want to do that :(. I like you
all too much! Just be careful out there!
