Hi to everyone-
I'm a longtime Siberian iris grower (40 yrs) who finally got around to joining SSI
recently. I do not hybridize. My major interest is collecting species and historic Sibs.
I am a 65 yr.old sheepfarmer who sold my flock this year as I've been unable to find
competent help these past 4 years and a 90 ewe flock is just too much to handle alone. SO
I shall have more time to spend with my gardens.
I'mtechnically in Zone 6b, but I have many microclimates and am blessed with excellent,
well draining soil.
I look forward to learning and sharing in this group.
