Members of the BIP list are now able to upload their own photos
to the BIP pages. Only members can view them and only the
creator of the file can modify/delete a file (the moderator can
also do that). I did this hurriedly and I think that the
moderator is only able to upload files...I may change that).
**But all members should be able to upload/download files in the
photo section.**
