I am a charter member of JIS (growing them since 1956? when ordered from
Walter Marx's Gardens- have '57, '59,'65 catalogs) so count me in-in my
downsized garden in Bronson Place Retirement home since '96 I have 24 JI
varieties growing her. Have been away for 7 days and need to see if any are
still blooming. They were beautiful when I left on June 26. Anna Mae Miller,
Kalamazoo MI z 5 who visited Ensata Gds. 2X to check on varieties so I could
vote the Judges ballot. Our Iris Soc. began the Japanese Iris weekends and
guess we participated in entertaining 3 of them by having our garden on tour.
