Hello, I must admit I had to think long and head before posting this, :-) But I think I can handle letting you all know what happened with the "Pink Baby Sister" photo on my website. ( its so embarrassing) I went to pot the very same "sister" that I took the picture of and posted on the website.
Guess what ........ deep in the pot between the dirt and side of the pot I always slip a name tag ( just in case ... HE HE you know, dogs, kids hubby ect) well guess what it read? 'Raspberry Rainbow' seems I potted in a used pot that I had written 'Baby Sister' on when she was in there and forgot to cross it out. There I said it!!!!
Although the pink photo is still not a good one ( earwig damage, and flash color distortion) it will have the correct label on the Siberian page..... whew thanks to your help so I did not continue with this iris being misnamed. Its a maiden bloom on a first year potted plant so not very big.... oh well!!!! deb zone 7 sierra foothills.
