Hansen, Andersen et al. compared Amiprophosmethyl (APM), Oryzalin,
Pronamide and Trifluralin with Colchicine for converting haploid to
diploid cells on Wheat and Beta and found that they are not only more
effective but less toxic to cells and to human beeings. They found the
best effects with APM. Has anyone experience with APM?
