iris pics

Hello - Here are a few pics that some folks took on a tour of my
garden in mid-June. Unfortunately, the SDBs were pretty much past
peak and the TBs were just getting going. Also, the Sibs (only two
photographed on the second URL) do not look as good as they did in
"real life". But this was not a Siberian year here. :-( 

You will recognize SHAKER'S PRAYER (the tall Sibe who looks like it
doesn't know whether it wants to be tall or short so it does both
poorly this year). The other lonely Sibe is INDY (it has to be since
that was the only one of the color class open on June 19th...I
checked my bloom book..thought it was TEMPER TRAMTRUM at first
glance). It is new in this garden but not new to me....had it for
years and left it in my old garden. This is not a good shot of this
INDY...looked much better I think.

On the bearded pages, the messy porch one (with my gardening supplies
in plain view) should have been taken horizontally to give a more
accurate rendition of the bed...it needs to be dug up in a few weeks
but it is really not that crowded as it appears. There are buds on a
Sibe seedling (pinkish) that are visible in the very front.

My husband was looking forward to seeing his stone wall that
circumnavigates the property to be online. It should be right behind
the historic STEPPING OUT...the grass hits Andrew's Wall. ;-)
