I'm not sure if "repeat bloom" is the right terminology, but we had a stalk of Ruffled Velvet and one of Chatterbox Belle bloom in July, 3 weeks or so after everything on every clump was completely done and all the spent stalks were already done.  We have never had this before on any plant, including these two, so it was a new phenomenon for us.
