In my garden, the ones with branching that have the biggest clump!

 

Also, it helps if the weather stays cool... Some Sibs have what is called repeat bloom but I just call it extended bloom....Roaring Jelly comes to mind but not every year. You can't go wrong with a full clump of one of my favorites, 'High Standards' or 'Kamayama' (no branching but it blooms for a long period with a good clumping effect). Another one is Anna Mae's 'Cheery Lyn'....tall and stately as well. In my short-growing season, I have to wait usually 3-4 years to see what I consider 'good' bloom and then I refuse to get rid of them.

 

I have the last two blooms on 'Tiffany Lass' today....but it is hot so they will be going.
