The AIS and rebloomer ballot votes are supposed to be ones that the voter
has seen in a garden, not just in Schreiner's catalog. I have seen slides of
Over in Gloryland (immediately went to top of Siberian wish list) but my one
year did not bloom this year To the best of my recollection, there is only
one known identify Siberian that I have ever seen outside of the ones I
grow. Since 15 bloomed in my garden, voting my ballot would be very easy if
I am supposed to have seen them in bloom in a garden.
