Hi Judy H.,
This batch of 7 plants didn't have a phyto certificate with them. The next
batch will have one.
The intended recipient of the plants just received his seizure notice
this morning. This shipment was sent and marked as we have heard has been
done by primula growers, and they seem to have free passage.
We'll check the laws further, but in the meantime will get the phyto
certificate.
