Re: Gulls Wing

Gull's Wing has always had an identity problem but usually she is a twin to
Esther C.D.M. I have an original Gull's Wing from way back and it barely
lives and has only bloomed once in about ten years. I ordered another one
from Willowwood a couple years ago and planted it beside Esther C. D. M.
They are identical. The flower stalks were exactly the same and the blooms
opened the same day and the last flowers faded on the same day. Mine are a
creamy white with a bit of a yellow signal. The foliage is fantastic and a
beautiful shade of blue-green.
