Hi Christy , HMMMM here is the listing from the checklist.
BABY SISTER McEwen, Currier Reg. 1986 Sdlg M76/93A SIB Diploid (6" 15cm)
EM-M Violet-blue (RHS 89D), veined darker on F., white signal.
I."orientalis" nana alba X I. sibirica nana alba. (Excellent parents for
little ones). Seaways Gardens 1986 HM: 1991
My order which included 'Baby Sister ' came from 'Draycott Gardens' Carol
sent huge beautiful divisions. I put half of 'B.S.' in a pot and half in
the ground when they arrived last Sept. The bloom you see on the webpage is
on the one in the pot. The bratty sister in the ground did not bloom. If
Carol is on the list maybe she can comment on what the bloom looks like in
her garden..... Carol???
As I reacall that photo may have been one where the flash went off but I
usually try to post photos truest to the color I see in my yard. If you
want me to send you some more from this plant let me know provatly and I'll
zip them off. Also I am open to trading a piece of it if you want some,
deb Ca zone 7 where we actually had 3 days of rain. ( woo hoo)
