There have been studies on one systemic that bees are being affected.  I think it was Merit.

It is my understanding that systemic only affect chewing insects as they have to ingest it. The flyers and pollinators are safe. 

I am receiving this information from the manufacturers at Monterey who make products for EB stone, Master Nursery as well as their own label. 

If anyone knows different please let me know so I am giving the correct info to my customers.
