Dear Friends;
Thanks to all Siberian/Species Convention attendees for voting 'MY
FIRST KISS' Dean Cole '05, Best Introduced Siberian last Sunday in
Portland. We have received many nice compliments since the Convention
and are very pleased that our introductions were well thought of. Many
years of hard work are producing seedlings even more attractive and
lovely for future introductions.
As our late dear friend Dr. Currier McEwen said in his book 'The
Siberian Iris', "All serious hybridizers love their gardens, but their
cheif interest is not the beautiful flowers around them but the still
more beautiful ones that do not yet exist." Currier's fine work was
always an inspiration to us.
We are grateful for your support and look forward to a bright future.
