Hi Michele
Seed is the easiest method of getting plant material into New Zealand
but as we all know seed does not grow true to type.The problems with
plant imports worldwide is the changing regulations and the Agriculture
officials desire to try and kill non existing regulated pests which has
the outcome of killing the plants.It is a difficult subject to work
through as many regulations have double meanings similar to the the
people responsible for writing the regulations.It is a subject that
consumes me at the moment because I will not give up.If you give up
fighting one set of regulations the goverments just introduce more and
soon all plants people will see of new plants is pictures on the
internet
