Hello one and all,
I have a couple of questions with regard to siberians and specifically
hybridizing. I am more familiar with lilies, but don't know if the same
rules apply to the siberians. If I collect the anthers from some
particular flowers of interest for later use, how long will they keep in
the refrigerator and does it matter if it is a frost free or should it
be a you defrost model? Should I dry them out before putting them cold?
Also, can I use tetraploid pollen on a diploid plant(this is possible
with lilies) and expect a few seeds or no seeds? I might think of a few
more questions, but if anyone can answer these questions I would be very
