I often feel that the design division is treated as an afterthought in our
shows. And if it isn't viewed as important, I'm not surprised that it's
difficult to find arrangers. I've even seen/heard show reports where the
horticulture results are listed, but the design division is "overlooked".
If I seem a little sensitive on this issue, it's because I've been there.
