RE: 2012 Siberian & species convention postponed

 

THANK YOU, Ellen.  It makes sense.  I wonder how many other horticultural events will be postponed or changed this season!

 

We have already had 70 + degree weather.  Siberians are up in currier’s garden, we are a week behind.  It feels and looks like April and has for a few weeks.  Peepers peeping for two weeks!!

Received word today from Judy Hollingworth that the 2012 convention in Lansing, MI has been postponed until next year -
2013.
 
The unseasonable hot weather is the understandable reason. We all know what out-of-kilter weather can do to our gardens.
 
I know how difficult this is for the convention committee with all the planning and co-ordination and the guest plants,etc.
 
We will see them next year!
