DSIS Show and Siberians

The Diamond State Iris Society (Delaware) had their tall bearded show
today. Though club members were debating on Wednesday whether to have
the show or not, it turned out to be the club's best ever. There were
270 entries, of which 56 were Siberian! There were 2 aribreds, 1
tectorum, 6 pseudacorus, 7 versicolors, 3 historics. There were 15
exhibitors and 3 of those were in the youth division.
I was thrilled to win the beardless section award with 'Roy Davidson'.
It had 3 perfect flowers and great form (for 'Roy Davidson') <grin>
Sorry it wasn't a Siberian. At any rate, there were enough Siberians
there to make a show!
