Hi Marty:
Thanks for sending the amaryllis seeds. It will be neat to see what we get
from them. Just got back from Costa Rica where we saw them growing in
gardens all over the place- and huge flowers.
This is my favorite time of year in the garden. Still have late spring
bulbs and yesterday my Paeony japonica (lactiflora, albiflora whatever it
is ) bloomed for the first time in the shade garden. I didn't know it was
fragrant and beautiful - memorable moment.
