Hello all. I am a new member. I'm also a Siberian Iris fan who is
having trouble finding inexpensive Siberian Iris's. Expanded our side
garden by almost 2000 square feet (yes... I'm insane). It's now
a "mulch garden" as I haven't been able to afford the perennials for
it. I live in Warrenville, IL (Chicagoland). Zone 5.
I was hoping to have friends donate some clumps of SI to me, but have
found very few friends with them. Very frustrating as I live in lime,
clay soil and have a couple gardens that remain wet through the
winter. SI's are the best for them!!!
Does anyone know of some Illinois gardeners who might be able to offer
some help? Donations pleassseeee!?! I can't find any organizations
in the area for SI's either.
