Re: [iris-talk] SIB: Chilled Wine was Bloom has begun and I am impressed...

I think Chilled Wine has to age, or you have to develop a palate for it. I loved
the colour when I first saw it, but now after three or four years, it is finally
strutting itself. It is planted right behind Xanthippes Halo (TB) that has the
same colouring. I wish I was a better a photographer because it looks
magnificent.

Chilled Wine bloomed about 9 inches tall the first year and has grown taller each
successive year, until now it is finally well above the foliage.
