I loved
the colour when I first saw it, but now after three or four years, it is

strutting itself. It is planted right behind Xanthippes Halo (TB) that has
the
same colouring. I wish I was a better a photographer because it looks
 magnificent. >>

Wow, what a combination. I also grow Xanthippe's Halo but they are nowhere
near each other. If you are to photograph them, choose an overcast day. I
have never had satisfactory photos of either of them when the sun is shining.
CHILLED WINE is really stunning when it becomes well established.

Regarding SPRINGSBROOK ...I received this Siberian as an extra with an order
from Foxbrook last year. I did not know anything about it and you know how
difficult it is to picture something from the checklist descriptions. It
bloomed today and what a delicious surprise it was!! Blue, glorious, blue!!
Gorgeous! The falls are a blue reminiscent (to me anyway) of HONKY TONK
BLUES. Hard to describe but I will have a photo by end of week that I will
post. I hope it captures the best features. Also, there is a nearly neon
blue stripe down center of each stylearm. Yes, this was one of my best
Siberian surprises ever.
