Can you tell us why you are replacing those varieties? Also what is your
wholesale market area? Very important questions that will greatly affect the
answers. There is a reason that both Caesar's Brother and Butter and Sugar
are still around and sold almost everywhere. Caesar's Brother does very well
for me in zone 9. I even had both in pots and they survived a Sacramento
summer. According to my expert 3 years ago when I obtained it is that Butter
and Sugar is still the best yellow Siberian available.
