Hello everyone!
Valuable opinions!
Jewelled Crown - It has always been vigorous for me. I sometimes overlook
the fact that it blooms in or just above the foliage due to the
quality/size of the blooms.
Yes - High Standards should be included, though I also question its vigor,
it seems to take an extra year to recover from transplanting.
Caesar's Brother - I wish I had it. It was (supposedly) the first two
Siberians I ever purchased (from two different sources) and there is the
rub, they are not a ghost of CB.
B&S - Well I have shared my BS opinion a couple of times, a novelty at one
time. Here I would like to add another blasphemy, the quest for yellow. In
the landscape garden yellow is cheap, very cheap. Blue (and various shades
of purple) on the other hand are rare, a plant which has high quality
foliage, blue flowers and unlike TBs that can hold itself in a perennial
bed is fantastic!
The quest for a quality yellow Siberian for collectors like most of us is
great. But I would prefer to have a new hybrid (mini or wide rounded) with
the color of Pansy Purple more!
I am odd in my tastes, because I would like to see a grey and more black
Siberians. (One plant on my '01 wish list is John White's new intro). If
Silver was not an illusion I would be thrilled even more.

PS: If any of you have "grey" seedlings in your patch and are looking to
discard them, throw them my way!
