Here is true High Standard. I doubt your is HS. I
have no others you have mentiond, but you can yourself compare with my pic of
HS.
Edmundas Kondratas Kaunas, Lithuania, zone 5
I normally roll my eyes heavenward when someone
posts an unknown TB on iris-photos and asks for help identifying the cultivar.
Now I am doing the same thing but with a Siberian. Looking at my photographs
that I do have identified, it looks a lot like Caesar's Brother. Looking at
just the shape and signal, it also looks like High Standards, Ever Again, and
Spirit of York. The photograph colors of the last three don't match up that
well with the photograph color of the unknown but that simply may be the
difference in film or lighting. I have only 66 Siberians so the possibilities
are limited. The experts of this group may be able to use a distinction that I
don't even know exists.
