Yes Ellen, it's dew.  As you say it adds sparkle to the picture.  It didn't 
show up well in the catalog reproduction.  

Bill, it's a Schafer/Sacks introduction from 2000.  It's parents are a waxy 
greenish white seedling from (Forrest McCord x Devil's Dream) and Careless 
Sally.  It has two siblings in the red range which have been considered for 
introduction.  We are still looking at one of them.  Turn A Phrase has a few 
children, but not many.  I liked many things about it, including the flower, 
high bud count, repeat bloom and good height.  Marty Schafer
