When: Nov 29th 22:39pm - Nov 30th 1:35am (PST, -0800 GMT)
(The sibrob was among the 2% affected which is why I am sending this along.)
Approximately 2% of our groups were unavailable for approximately 3
hours due to a hardware failure.
During this time, email for the affected groups was queued, and the
archives and other web features were unavailable.
These same groups will be down again later today for a short period to
replace the defective hardware.
