I always planted my siberian seeds outside about this time. I used a tuna
can/both ends cut out to keep the seeds together. In April they germinated
and about June they were ready to transplant into rows about 8" apart. It
takes 3 years for them to bloom. If you have the patience to germinate them
inside (after storing in the fridge) and grow them under lights about 12"
away and cut them as they begin touching they will usually bloom in 2 years.
