Hello - I have not yet received my Fall TSI which was mailed 11
days ago - has anybody else? This is the permit mailing that is
used only in country -(non-profit bulk mailing). The P.O. says
they should be arriving (or have arrived) at various places.
The foreign TSIs are reaching their far-flung destinations but
they were mailed by metered mail. - thank you, Trevor in Canada
for passing that on. :-)
