TSI query - overseas (and Canada)

I mailed all the Canadian and overseas TSIs from Canada this
issue in hopes of saving SSI some postage costs. When TSI arrive
in your mailboxes, I would appreciate if someone would notify
OFFLIST at:

Please don't reply to the Sibrob.
The U.S, copies were mailed from here where we have our bulk
mailing permit. I haven't received mine yet, either. It seems
that they get delivered real fast or real slow. Supposedly, it
depends on the local p.o. but who knows? I just finished up the
pre-printed permit envelopes and will probably have a mailing
service do the TSI mailing from now on. But only if it is cost
effective and that is a big maybe.
