Hello,
I have been following the sibrob and it has been quiet. The Repellex sounds
interesting. We don't have any deer problems but have problems with pocket
gophers eating lily bulbs - for which we have another solution. Wondering
what the cost to use Repellex per acre would be? We do have deer in the area
of the nursery but they have not become a problem, occasionally they nip a
few plants.
The pocket gophers chew on the bearded iris and daylilies but have never
lost plants due to them. With lilies they wipe out one or two varieties each
year, no matter how diligent with rodent control we are - and it is usually
top selling Columbia Platte lilies that they feast on - wondering if they
prefer Judith's intros for some reason.
Have been fiddling with Linux OS lately and am looking forward to the day
when it replaces MS Windows on my PC as the main OS. Linux still has a long
way to go to become user-friendly but it is an amazingly powerful and stable
program.
