Hello,
As I am putting together the fall TSI something is lacking....more copy. (I am
still waiting for the cover slide and promised convention slides but they will
arrive.)
Mainly looking for a short article on using the Siberian slide set that Bob H.
has provided and/or any other experience(s) speaking about Siberians: how the
invitation was obtained, the slides or other aids used, the reception of the
audience and the efficacy of doing such a program - i.e. public relations about
the wonderful world of Siberians, etc.
The reason I think this would be helpful:
Some of us are slated to do programs centering on irises (in my case,
Siberians) at various gatherings this winter. Mine is easy - two local
newly-formed garden clubs. These folks are iris "people" and therefor, any
factual info to be gleaned would be appreciated.
If you want to try your hand at this, let me know and it can be sent e-mail to
this address. Prefer that to snail mail....I do have a spanking new flat-bed
scanner that I can use but don't really have the hang of it (Jim Wilson stop
laughing... ;-)
