I am a garden designer and I have a small specialty nursery in Mid-Missouri.
I grow many kinds of plants (primarily herbaceous perennials), but I've
always loved Iris, and Siberian Iris, and I want to spend more time learning
about Sibs and expanding the stock I have available at the nursery. Sorting
through even the limited wholesale sib offerings is confusing, and budget is
always an issue, so I logged on to the sibrob to see what was being said
about various cultivars--- and decided it would be helpful to join.
Siberian Iris are still a very under-used plant among 'average'gardeners,
and I would like to see that change, as they are so beautiful and easy to
grow here in the sometimes difficult conditions of Mid-Missouri.
I look forward to participating in the group.
