Hi Jan: Thanks for sending the guest list for Canada. I had it in my mind that
we had already sent plants so were OK. but the list makes it clear that we
didn't send named varieties. We'll have to try for Spring 2001.
It's pretty amazing if they have kept such a large percentage alive,
especially since, as I understand they were all kept at RBG over the first
winter. Do you know if they intend to add another couple of gardens? they must
have intended to originally or why ask for five? I hope it wasn't just
