[sibrob] 2011 Beardless Guest Iris

Hello All,

 

Karen Phillips, our Guest Iris Chair for the 2011 AIS Convention colllected the majority of the Beardless Iris and brought them across the border last night.  When oppened and talllied there will be 222 plants when we get the final shipppment for Ontario!  This is much more than the 150 we were told to expect when we originally started this process.

 

In addition to the excellent numbers the exciting part is that most of the very best hybridizers have sent plants!  They will be organized today and planted tomorrow.

 

I hope to see as many of you as possible in May 2011 .......  Ted
