Re: SA: Doctor No Flounces SAGE


Attached is my picture of it from last year.  Notice the bushy flounce standing erect between the standards on the petal at the bottom.  I don't remember if I forced this flower open to photograph or if the flounces had gotten caught up in the standards and never laid down, but this year only a few of them have had trouble coming out. One broke off this morning when it opened up.

Yes, on just about every flower this year on all three stalks.

To my knowlege, this is the first time we have had a report of flounces on Doctor No.
Have you observed flounces on this cultivar with any degree of regularity?
